Setting Up Your Team Workspace
Step 1: Create a Team
- Navigate to Teams from the main menu
- Click "Create Team"
- Name your workspace (e.g., "Marketing Team" or "Product Engineering")
- Set a description so members understand the workspace's purpose

Add team members by email. Each member gets one of three roles:
- Owner: Full control — manage members, settings, and all prompts
- Admin: Can add/remove members and manage prompts

Don't start from scratch. Ask each team member to contribute their 3-5 best-performing prompts:
- Go to My Prompts in your personal library
- Find a prompt that consistently produces great results
- Click Share to Team and select the target workspace
- Add notes about when to use it and any customization tips
Standardize on Templates
Create team prompt templates that enforce consistency:
- Use the Custom Template Builder to define standard fields
- Set required fields so critical context is never missed
- Add instructions within the template to guide less experienced team members
Tag and Categorize
Use consistent tags so prompts are discoverable:
